Rich media ads display in unique and eye-catching ways that set them apart from other types of display advertising. Rich media ads rely on robust animation and user interaction. Because of the additional technical development of rich media ads, there is an additional fee and impression rate. Clients may choose to have outside agencies to create their expandable ads, but must allow dailypress.com at least three (3) days for testing.

We accept the following third party tag formats:

Expandable Ad Restrictions:

1) Expanding ads are available in the following sizes (the first size indicates the base image size and second indicates the expanded size): 728x90 - 728x360, 160x600 - 480x600, 300x250 - 600x250, 120x60 - 300x250, 300x100 - 300x250, 300x600 - 600x600.

2) There is a 50K file size limit for expanding ads (expandable sub-elements not included).

3) All animation is restricted to three loops.

4) Any audio must be user-Initiated on click and include prominent on/off buttons.

5) A "close" button must be present in the upper right or left hand corner of the expanding portion of the ad.
